OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. A separate BLOCKBUSTER Nintendo Wii Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins in each participating BLOCKBUSTER store (the "Store") on 8/5/08 when the Store opens and ends on 9/8/08 when the Store closes (the "Entry Period"). Each Sweepstakes is sponsored by Blockbuster Inc., 1201 Elm Street, Dallas, Texas 75270 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY. Each Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who as of 8/5/08 are 18 years or older. Persons who on or after 7/1/08 are or were employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its participating retailers, their respective parent corporations, affiliates, suppliers, Judging Agency, distributors, and members of the immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter. All entries are subject to review and verification by Promotional Resources Group, Inc., an independent judging organization (the "Judging Agency") whose decisions are final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants (and if entrant is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judging Agency and/or Sponsor. Each Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

1. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. You will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Store's Sweepstakes during the Entry Period with a $25 or more purchase made during a single visit/purchase transaction (which may also include rentals), provided, that you present your BLOCKBUSTER® membership card to the Store employee at check-out at the Store. YOU MUST BE A BLOCKBUSTER MEMBER AND PRESENT YOUR BLOCKBUSTER MEMBERSHIP CARD TO BE ENTERED INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES. BLOCKBUSTER MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT REQUIRE PAYMENT OF ANY KIND. You may also enter without purchase or visiting the Store by legibly hand printing your name, address (including zip code), day and night telephone numbers (including area code), age and email address (optional) on a 3"x5" piece of paper/card and send it in a #10 business size envelope with the Store number legibly printed on the front of the envelope and mail to: BLOCKBUSTER Nintendo Wii Giveaway, PO Box 847, Tenafly, NJ 07670. You can obtain your Store's identification number by calling the Store and requesting it. Mail-in entries without the Store identification number legibly written on the front of the envelope will be disqualified. No copies, mechanical reproductions or metered mail accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than 9/8/08 and received on or before 9/15/08. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) entry per person per Store per day regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries on the same day will not be entered and shall result in voiding all entries but the first one.

2. DRAWING: The potential Store's winners will be selected from among all eligible automatic entries received in the Store and all qualifying mail-in entries with the Store's number written on the outside of the envelope received by the Judging Agency. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted under the direct supervision of the Judging Agency on or about 10/8/08. All potential winners will be notified by phone and/or mail on or about 10/22/08. Winners (and if the winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) of prizes with an approximate retail value of $100 or above must execute and return within five (5) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release, certifying eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, agreement to hold Sponsor, its participating retailers, Judging Agency, their respective parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, suppliers, distributors and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents of each harmless from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of prize. The signature of the potential winner on the affidavit must be witnessed by a person 18 years of age or older and the witness must sign the affidavit. If the winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian. Noncompliance by potential winner may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible automatic entries received at the Store and 3"x 5" papers/cards with the Store number legibly written on the outside of the envelope that are received by the Judging Agency.

In the event that a potential prize winner does not accept the prize or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for that respective Store. Each Store's Grand Prize of a Nintendo Wii System is guaranteed to be awarded. Sponsor will make a good faith effort to award a Store's First and Second prize through alternate drawings. However, if Sponsor has made a good faith effort to award a Store's First or Second prize, but the prize is not awarded, Sponsor may elect to discontinue further alternate drawings for potential First and Second prize winners and not award that Store's First or Second prizes. Limit one prize per family or household.

3. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERFICATION BY SPONSOR OR JUDGING AGENCY, WHOSE DESCISIONS ARE FINAL. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize per Sweepstakes of a Nintendo Wii System. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of a Grand Prize is $249.99. One (1) First Prize per Sweepstakes of a Play and Drive Kit for Nintendo Wii by DreamGEAR. ARV of a First Prize is $29.99. One (1) Second Prize per Sweepstakes of a 17 in 1 Nintendo DS Lite Bundle Pack by DreamGEAR. ARV of a Second Prize is $24.99.

5. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES. You have not won yet. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMNT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes ends 9/8/08. Odds depend on number of eligible automatic entries received at the Store and 3"x5" papers/cards with the Store number legibly written on the outside of the envelope that are received by the Judging Agency. Total ARV of a Store's Prizes is $304.97.

6. LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES. Sponsor is NOT responsible or liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, illegible entries or mail. Sponsor is NOT responsible for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, technical, electronic or hardware/software malfunctions, connections, failures, availability, traffic congestion, unauthorized human intervention, or technical, electronic or mechanical computer error of non-transmitted automatic entries. Sponsor is NOT responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. In the event that the automatic method of entry is incapable of running as originally planned due to computer virus, bug, tampering, technical failure or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the automatic method of entry and select winners in a random drawing comprised of all eligible automatic entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor and all eligible 3"x5" card/paper entries received. Prize cannot be substituted, converted to cash, assigned or transferred by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prize become unavailable for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes imposed on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes and redemption of the prize. Winner grants permission to Sponsor to use its name, address, photographs, video footage and/or voice recordings for publicity purposes (including posting on-line), without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor, its participating retailers, Judging Agency, their respective parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, suppliers, distributors and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents are NOT responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize awarded or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Only the prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded in the Sweepstakes.

7. ARBITRATION. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

8. CHOICE OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas, USA without regard to choice of law rules.

9. CONDITIONS. Winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize.

10. WINNERS LIST. For the name of the Store's major prize winner send a request including the Store number and address and a self addressed stamped envelope ("SASE") to be received by 10/8/08 to BLOCKBUSTER Nintendo Wii Giveaway, Winners List Request, PO Box 962, Tenafly, NJ 07670.
