Hey maybe I'm a little older than most reviewers...BUT Not one of these reviews mentions the bloody parts?! Maybe the movie had to start the way it did to establish the plot line but..O M G hang on to your seat! I liked the movie and was paying attention the whole time. The story was good, but I did ask my wife if she wanted to leave 1/2 way thru. Maybe the mention of the "Saw" movies, in the other reviews, gives you some idea of what I'm talking 'bout!!!!! Oh and now Mr. Butler is in a romantic comedy....! Is he going to get mad and cut her arm.........................................!3#$#$%%@1+

I feel like I am the only person that really liked this movie. What's odd about that is I am usually someone who doesn't like musicals. I thought the dancing, choreography and acting was quite good. Fine casting, always entertaining.

Beautiful scenery, filmed in Argentina. Brutal, violent movie. Not for sensitive people because the mayhem never stops.

Puppet Master: The Legacy: Puppet Master VIII 1/10 (0.5 stars)

Legacy is without a doubt the worst of the Puppet Master movies, even worst than PM vs DT. The majority of the movie is rehashing and even contradicting the previous movies which is just horrible. They mention and brought back two key characters in the franchise but it still failed horribly. Its a fast-ward fest of the stuff that was already shown. Skip The Lagacy.

Retro Puppet Master: Puppet Master VII 3/10 (1.5 stars)

In the Puppet Master timeline this would be the first to happen chronologically. I thought that the film had some interesting ideas but they was a major plot hole in the film about the puppets. Retro brings back Andre Toulon’s first puppets and I have to say these newer puppets just didn’t look anywhere close as being as cool as the later inventions. Solid movie in the series but it was boring at times.

Rudo y Cursi: Rudo y Cursi (4.0 stars)

I'm not familiar with small Mexican towns and am not a big soccer fan and I don't speak Spanish but I really enjoyed this movie. It's great! Both actors do a wonderful job of transforming from small town hicks to city slickers while making it all believable. The supporting cast is also good. It's well worth your time.

Stranger Than Fiction: SENT WRONG MOVIE! (0.5 stars)

Unfortunately, I never got a chance to see this movie, since the DVD had the title, but the movie was actually some stupid comedy which I can't even remember the title. Just so you know in the future, please watch out for this mistake.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra: Fun! (3.0 stars)

I love Dennis Quaid. I would watch him brush his teeth. The movie was really a lot of fun, although the lead "Joe" was a terrible actor. Wayans was too cutsey and the villains were appropriately brutal. Sienna Miller was decently vicious and fairly believable in her role. But what the heck, this isn't Shakespeare, so sit back and enjoy the action, which is plentiful and almost goes on too long. The special effects were not disappointing.

2012: Supernova: Awful (0.5 stars)

Just awful. Bad acting. No plot. Idiotic.

Impact: No heavy impact here (3.0 stars)

This movie was entertaining because of David James Elliott and the supporting cast. It had some good moments and was probably well-watched on the night it showed up on tv. The special effects were interesting. Not a bad view if you have nothing else to do.

Veritas: Prince of Truth: Where were the subtitles? (1.5 stars)

It seemed to have a good premise and the kids looked cute. I like Sean Patrick Flanery and might have enjoyed it more had I been able to read some subtitles. There was no choice in the menu for English subtitles and my limited Spanish did not allow me to follow the storyline. If you are fluent in Spanish, go ahead and check this one out. If not, do not.

Dracula: The Legacy Collection [2 Discs]: Classics (4.0 stars)

We quickly forget that Bela Lugosi only starred in the first Dracula film! This set contains the first Hollywood "Dracula" (post-"Nosferatu," which is not to be missed among early vampire films), a Spanish version of the same, "Daughter of Dracula," "Son of Dracula," and "House of Dracula." Lon Chaney and John Carradine play the title role in "Son of Dracula" and "House of Dracula," respectively. The first film was clearly done on a tight budget, but is still a very effective classic. All things considered, "Daughter of Dracula" is probably the most cohesive film in the set, and "House of Dracula," which also incorporates Frankenstein and the Werewolf, is probably the disorganized lowlight of the collection. Nonetheless, these are all classics and, even where they fall short, are at least good for a laugh. Enjoy.
