This spinoff of "Batman Beyond" features the return of Infiltration Unit Zeta as he tries to find his creator Dr. Selig, and stay one step ahead of the NSA team lead by Agent Bennet and his flunkies Agents West and Lee. Joining Zeta is teenage runaway Ro Rowen who desires to see his innocence proven. Episode 8 titled "Shadows" features a cameo of Batman Beyond.
