    I have a huge girl-crush on Hemalayaa. She's so very Indian and yet so very American. I was blown away by her dazzling smile, and I think I could watch her sway her hips all day. (This from someone who's not normally into women!) More importantly, she's very upbeat and motivational, and she makes it fun. That said, the video is not quite AS fun as I'd hoped. It's a good workout, very well done, and its is fun, but I was hoping for something a little more dance-y, whereas this feels like exercise that also happens to be dance moves. I was visualizing an Indian version of Zumba, where you feel like you're dancing, not exercising. This isn't quite there. The workout consists of a warm-up, 4 intervals of about 8-9 minutes each, and a cool-down. They are designed to be done as a series, and the whole workout is about 45 minutes long. But you can play individual sections if you want. It incorporates a lot of belly-dancing moves, and will work your abs and hips hard.
