The Company was fantastic and I'm glad I didn't hear much about it prior to me discovering it on the new release rack. I read a bit about it then, was intrigued, and then added it to my queue. Wow was I happy I added it. I enjoy CIA movies and thought the last one I watched was entirely boring. Good Shepherd. That made me a bit reluctant to take on a series like this but again it was well worth it. I though Keaton, O'Donnell, and Molina all did exceptionally well.

If you liked The Good Shepherd but wanted more detail, rent this one. I loved the way it told the story of the story of the cold war from both sides, KGB and CIA. Who were the good guys? Who were the bad guys? Well told story. Side Note: If you rent it from Blockbuster be sure to grab both disc 1 and disc 2. I had just rented disc 1 not knowing that there was a second disc to be rented. Thought the story ended without tying up some loose ends. Upon returning asked the Rep about it and he told me there was a second disc. They are not well marked on the shelf.

Very long 2 disk series, but if you have the time it is worth the watch. It has some dull moments, but filled with historical events and if you grew up anytime from the 50's-80's everything makes sense and even though fiction gives you a look into what went on back then.. other than this I would recommend
