    You would have to be an athlete already to do several of Bear's suggestions. Although it may be helpful, I would not suggest that you put yourself in danger just to try it.

    The best reality series on TV is Man vs Wild. Aren't you sick of Survivor by now? I've never liked Survivor--it's a self-serving disaster.
