This is a very special movie. It conveys the story of a young girl who believes in her own intrinsic worth, in spite of a mean-hearted relative who tries to convince her that she is worthless. After running away, she encounters the good will of a few strangers in the city. Her directness and honesty draw two people together to rally for her cause. In the special features, the actress Cat Ly describes this film as a poignant movie about three lonely people finding each other in a big city. Reminds me that some strangers are angels who walk among us. Lovely!

what is this shaky handheld camera work- is annoyinh- i cannot enjoy this movie. the camera is jerking shaking swinging around w/ extreme close-ups is like a home video w/ an amatuer cameraman. yes the story is good, the colors and images is pretty- but i can't see a d.. thing- 10 minutes into it i am dizzy. I wish they would stop with the shaky handheld cameras - is not ARt- it is annoying. sometimes the faces are half cutout or you can't even see the person every fr...ing second is back and forth. the director is a nut! you have a good story, nice backdrop but they ruined it -is a home video!!!!!!! i hate it! can't watch it just b/c of the shaky constantly moving handheld camera.and extreme closeups!
