    Overall, mediocre acting, a sub-par script, and a painfully unoriginal plot made this film almost completely unwatchable. Even as I read the description, I had a strong sense that this would be very similar to the movie 'The Core' and yet, I thought to give it a chance. Though The Core was definitely a 'B' movie in my estimation, I nevertheless enjoyed it. I hoped 'Descent' might have some similarities, while offering a few interesting twists (or even one). Tragically, such was not to be. If you enjoyed 'The Core', you'll likely not enjoy 'Descent'. If you hated 'The Core' you'll likely loath 'Descent'. If you've never seen 'The Core', rent it instead of 'Descent'.

    I did The Same as the rest. Saw The cover and read the description and thought "Hey cool another Action/Destruction movie" Far from that. The Acting was Horrible, The Plot Was Pointless. The Movie had no beggining it just jumped into what was wrong. This movie was a waiste of my time. i didnt even Finish Watching it.. It made me laugh because it was so horribly bad.

    Their idea of dramma was panning from each of the main characters to get them to have a concerned look on their face. I watched them do this for like a minute in one scene. I never turn movies off, I turned this movie off probably an hour into it. These people made a movie just to make a movie for the sole purpose of making a few million dollars after they paid Luke Perry. Horrible, no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
