Kuffs is a classic Christian Slater movie. I'd put this one up there with 'Gleaming the Cube'.

Some violence, shooting(s), explosions, profanity, but tounge in cheekiness, Christian Slater talks to the camera in a on-going narrative. STILL, its funny, perfect for that rainy day, nothing to watch blahhs, or summer time at th beach house, or just ANY time thats right for mindless fun. Set in the scenic San Francisco bay area, somehow the sun is always shining, and the humor just sparkles most of the time. Watch, and enjoy

Another example of the torch passing to a new group of Hollywood filmmakers. It mixes the absurdity of the 80s and the attempt to be realistic that the 90s was promising. Slater was entertaining and an 80s-era Milla Jovovich (slender but meaty) showed promise for a model-turning-actor (where did she go wrong). Leon Rippy's Kane was a far better villain than the actual bad guy was. Poorly executed action scenes and one totally embarrassing slap-stick routine with a drugged Goldwyn may force you to return the disc prematurely BUT make sure you watch a young and delicious Alexandra Paul before you do.
