    This wasn't very funny. I don't like it very much.

    Richard was obviously conscious of the fact he was being filmed here by his comments. But this wasn't a detriment. What was, I think, was the fact that the audience was barely responsive. I'm a huge Pryor fan and I hardly even laughed once. A lot of the sketches here were honed and improved later and I was familiar with them. Maybe he was too shocking for that audience. Regardless, his delivery and intensity was everything I expected (especially on Willie the Junkie).

    THIS WAS NOT THE REAL RICHARD PRYOR IN MY OPINION. HE SEEMED TOO TENSE AND SCARED. VERY LITTLE HUMOR.
