I went to see this abortion of a movie because I am a big Brad Pitt fan and Liotta and Gandolfini as well. BIG MISTAKE!! I can not remember a movie that I sat through,although most of theater walked out before it was even half over,that I wanted to kick myself for sitting there! Horrible

I've disliked many movies, hated others, slept through some, and zoned out through many. This is the first movie that I have ever walked out from. I could not find any redeeming value--there was no character I could connect with or cared to see for a second more, no tolerable dialogue, no plot, no notable cinematography, sound editing, or score to give me any reason to keep watching. As soon as my popcorn was gone, so was I along with the others in my group.

I didn't know much about the movie going in other than Brad Pitt was in it. So disappointing. Very slow, lots of close ups, F bombs and smoking. I'm still not sure what the point was. Not even worth a rental.

Like he did in the well touted Tree of Life, about once a year, Brad Pitt (an excellent actor) makes a movie that he should have stayed away from. James Gandolfini and Ray Liotta may need the money from movies like this, Brad Pitt can choose better ones. He should look at the plots Angelina chooses!
