DO NOT RENT THIS. The only reason 300lb Val Kilmer's character is scary, is that you are afraid he might eat you. Kilmer played Ice Man in Top Gun...now he looks like Ice Cream Man. Kilmer and Kevin James can now use the same body double....BORING...SLOW... unless you like 300lb men with 3 chins, avoid this movie.

This movie completely sucked culo !Val Kilmer acting role was really bad and the plot to this story was just plain stupid !! Take it from me and dont bother with this one .. you wont regret it !! @Sharon c. everyone is intitled to their own opinion of a movie ..Dont start a war over reviews by trying to make ur point across by calling people names, thats just childish on ur part !! ..its just a stupid movie ..get over it !!!!Dont go criticizing and bad mouthing other members for their opinions!!!

One of the worst movies I have seen. Awful acting, terrible directing, and written by someone who has apparently never read a book nor seen a movie in his life. There is no saving grace for this movie; No sexy women, no cool special effects, and no interesting characters. Do not watch this movie. Ever.

Wow, this was a bad one. The story was weak and predictable, and there were a lot of repeated scenes, as though the director was trying to save money. I can't imagine anyone enjoying this movie unless they have a fetish for ample man-jowls, because it seemed like ten percent of the film was a close-up on Val Kilmer's lower face as he whistled a "scary" tune. Over and over.

You know it is really sad to what has become of Val Kilmer. What a piece of trash this film is, if it were not for Kilmer and a late Friday night I would have "deep sixed" this movie in the 15 minutes. What a joke of a film. Is it supposed to be NYC? They are NOT deputys ther are Police Officers. Just bad bad bad.
