Two murderous drag queens whose lives are a blood-spattered blur of drugs and death embark on a violent rampage of stoned-out destruction in this tripped-out homage to the sleazy exploitations flicks of the 1970s. Ginger (Alexis Arquette) and Coco (Omar Alexis) are two psychotic transvestites who kill for money and pleasure. When their obsession with murder and insatiable appetite for drugs clash in a psychedelic frenzy of bullets and blades, Ginger and Coco begin a harrowing descent into madness from which death is the only escape. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
I came out in the 70"s and this was the worst piece of I don't know what.
There was nothing funny or sexy, it was not a drama, action or romance to it.
This should have been locked away with the 70's as a bad acid trip and should be a crime to even view it.
The worst ever
I expected it to be bad, but it exceeded my expectations in ways I could never have imagined. Sorry, but drag queens are supposed to be funny - and I've seen Alexis be funny - but this movie is pure trash. The Asian drag queen/tranny in the movie is absolutely horrid and Alexis was a better actor on The Surreal Life (since we all know all those drama fits had to be acting - either that or she needs to lighten up on the estrogen). Skip it and rent any John Waters movie instead.
This movie is quite possibly the worst ever made. It wasn't even campy drag which might have made it a cult fixture. If you've ever wanted to follow Ray Milland in The Man With the X-Ray Eyes and gouge out your eyes, this movie will make you do it. This movie is not even good enough to put under that one mysterious short leg of the dining room table.
Thought this movie might be funny. I couldn't even get through the first half of it. The acting was terrible and the plot was so weak it was hard to tell if there was one. This one is a waste of the dvd it came on.
If you enjoy John Water's films (especially his earlier work) you will love this flix....I rented twice to share with my daughter. She has shared with her friends. Very campy and a lot of fun. It's Fabulous! What's not to like? The title tells it all: You have drag queens, who are killers, and they do drugs. The last line in the movie tells it all ..."Fabulous"
