You may ask why 4 1/2 stars. Simple this movie (on a mid-90's straight-to-video martial arts action flick scale) is one of my favorites of the genre. You've got Rothrock and Norton (the later in some very good action scenes), some silly acting from some of the supporting roles, an actor names Frans Tumbaun hamming it up beautifully, and well just an over-all good energy about it. If you like the genre and aren't a critic, this is a fun watch.

Pretty good movie for a low budget action movie. Cynthia Rothrock is great as usual, kicking and punching to victory. Richard Norton has the best fight scenes in the movie and while he is competent, I would rather see Cynthia in more fight schenes. It got slow at times but there was enough action to keep this movie interesting.
