    This version of Babe Ruth was better than the other one Blockbuster offers - - has much more footage of the Babe speaking than the other one. The only thing that sort of hurts this version is the HORRIBLE background "elevator music" throughout the film, and the narrator is corny, too ! But the footage of the Babe is phenomenal.

    A great way to see the budding of Professional Baseball. Not a lot of depth here. Probably another hour would've given us a better pic of "the Babe." Tho this video has a lot of video showing him acting & talking & you do get a touch of his personality. I guess if you watch this you should head to the library to find out more! It's a shame that the movie"The Babe" couldn't have done better.

    What a waste of time. You can learn more about the Babe from the elementary school biography you read in third grade. I generally love the A&E Biography series, but this is one of the blandest I have ever seen. A&E needs to go back to this guy and try again. No extras, which probably would have been like adding cayenne pepper to Jello--utterly pointless.
