When I rented it via mail, I only got one out of the two discs. Luckily, it was the one with the main feature. Unluckily, it still counted as two discs on my account! Oh well. The main gripe I have with this is the quality of the graphics. It's just one step above moving stick figures, which in this day and age is really inexcusable; you could go back 16 years to a little show called Reboot and see far superior graphics there. Still, if you can stomach looking at it, and you're a David-Tennant-as-Dr.-Who fan, it's enjoyable enough.
The first disc is a cartoon of the 10th Dr in America... storyline is typical Dr Who, but in a cartoon style similar to Despereux... the voice of the American girl is the same girl who played the Dr's daughter Jenny.
The second disc is a best of series of the different villans, heroes, etc since the 9th Dr. It could have spoilers in it if you haven't seen all the episodes to that point (including the Dr Who - The Next Dr).
The plot of the episode is good, it is just the execution I found to be below average. Story about area 51 in Nevada, and of course about aliens that have landed and taken there. The length is only 44 min, but that is long enough for this show. The animation is just ok.
