Praised by parents, kids and critics, this show was the only Saturday morning cartoon that did not have a merchandise tie-in. No surprise, then, that Wildmon and his AFA (who had also attacked Seinfeld, Lonesome Dove, Quantum Leap, and Ghost) would go after it. http://www.mediacoalition.org/reports/wildmon.html
I loved this show, and have eagerly been awaiting it's arival on DVD. Updated for the a modern America (Mighty Mouse has a job in a factory owned by Pearl Pureheart) it's more like Ren and Stimpy (though much milder) than Southpark.
Seriously; rent this...but not until I'm done with it.
