Very interesting movie that addresses multiple issues in a plausible way. This movie has a hero that has given much for humanity but yet is not really appreciated, yet he steps up when the world needs him to intervene to stop a menace. Religion has become central to society but in large measure has forgotten Jesus Christ and is now focused on formalized ritual. The vampires in this movie are primarily demonic, alien-like monsters, who oddly do not always kill their victims. There is the normal problem of cross-over where humans take on the characteristics of the vampires and thus threaten normal human society, and must be dealt with. Really good story, excellent special effects, great combat scenes. Recommended!

I actually really liked this movie. I was not sure I would. The characters were all interesting, and I liked the idea of the vampires being a form of animal that we could not control their population growth. Never would have thought of that. There is a lot of being to being interation, and the special effects don't always look like special affects. They look like something that is normal for the movie. I think you should rent this film. You will be entertained.
