January 9, 2013..............A nice movie with a lot of action and gun fire. It was an okay movie, the acting and the story line was just okay.

This movie is a complete embarrassment! I picked it because I thought it was a prequel, or something of that sort, to Judge Dredd with Sylvester Stallone....SOOO WRONG! The plot was mediocre at best. The acting was less than mediocre. Whoever came up with the names for the gangs in this movie must have asked 4th graders for suggestions. RIDICULOUS! I fell asleep about 6 or 7 times during this movie and just couldn't wait for it to be over. I'm glad I didn't pay theater prices to see it because I'd be P*SSED if I did. I'm kind of irked that I payed $1.20 to be honest. This movie might be appealing to elementary aged boys but I can't see anyone enjoying or taking this movie seriously.

Unexpectedly well done, this is not your run of the mill gamer movie. There is good character development, a believable tale, great technical effects, and swift justice served in an extremely violent, decadent world. I consider the movie at the top of its genre.
