This film is the second entry in Hong Kong director Joseph Kuo Nan-Hong's Venom of the Ninja trilogy, which details an ancient struggle between kung fu and ninjitsu for the empire of Japan. Starring Alexander Lo Rei as Tiger, Venom of the Ninja, Vol. 2 continues the story established in Venom of the Ninja, Vol. 1, with a now-grown Tiger discovering that his long-time kung fu teacher has been assassinated by the ninjas who killed his parents. With vengeance in mind, Tiger embarks on a mission to bring justice to the evil ninja and take his rightful seat on the Japanese throne.
