Robert Earl and Sal Masekala are your hosts for this totally in-your-face look at the world of skateboarding with Tony Hawk's Gigantic Skatepark Tour 2000. Starring Tony Hawk, Jason Ellis, Andrew Reynolds, Willy Santos, and many others, this documentary follows the world's top skaters on a tour throughout the U.S. Stopping at various parks to do extreme skating demos for crowds reaching the thousands, the guys show off their stunts. Bam Margera jumps off a six-story hotel balcony into a pool, Mat Hoffman does a double tail flip, and Jason Ellis does a 20-foot bomb drop. In between the skating events, the guys play all manner of athletic challenges, including surfing, swimming, and flying in a simulated sky-diving tank.
