When convicted moonshine runner Dodger Cole returns to her Virginia home to discover that the hills have been taken over by convenience stores and strip malls, she sets out to take back the South from big business bullies in this rollicking tale of vengeance from director Jim Stramel. Quite a bit has changed since Dodger Cole was locked up in the county jail, and when she finally gets out, she doesn't like what she sees.
