The Standard Deviants: Biology
As part of the Standard Deviants line of educational videos, this tutorial attempts to teach the viewer several basic and quick lessons on college level biology. Using lessons co-written by univerisity professors, computer animation and unique graphics, the program covers the following biological concepts: the importance of amino acids, protein structure, cell structure, cell division, photosynthesis and respiration. These lessons condense a great deal of college level material into a very small amount of time and presents the information at a rapid pace. The speed may be a bit much for some viewers, but there is always the option of pause and rewind, which is not available during a live lecture. ~ Ed Atkinson, All Movie Guide
