Join Lisa Wheeler for 60 minutes of intermediate-level cardio-toning and fat burning in the instructional video, Method: Step up to Dance. You'll warm-up first and then launch into four "dancy" step segments inspired by jazz, modern dance, and ballet. Each routine is separated by a short toning segment which includes rear leg dips and inner thigh raises while holding a dowel for support.
