Keeping fit doesn't have to be a grueling experience. Dynamic Firming & Flexing combines fitness, dance, and rehabilitation moves to help viewers increase flexibility and strength and loosen tight joints. Instructor Lakey Evans takes viewers through a series of Pilates-type stretches, flowing yoga poses, and gentle toning routines. Accompanied by a harpist and drummer, Lakey's soothing voice provides the pace and motivation for three separate routines. The sessions include a 16-minute total body workout emphasizing whole-body stretches and range-of-motion exercises. A 23-minute upper body routine focuses on whole-body flexibility exercises, as well as stretches for the hamstrings and hip flexors.
