The McCourts of New York
Picking up where The McCourts of Limerick left off, this film follows the life of the McCourt brothers in America. Frank McCourt is the author of Pulitzer Prize-winning novel Angela's Ashes and is the main focus in this family documentary, but he is not the only well-known McCourt brother. Malachy McCourt founded a famous bar in New York City and eventually became a popular talk show host. The McCourts of New York is a heart-warming documentary that, if nothing else, shows the potential for any person to succeed in America. ~ Ed Atkinson, All Movie Guide
