The Hell's Wind Staff begins with two boys discovering an illegal plan to enslave the men of their village. The creator of the plan, Lu, is known as Hell's Wind Staff, and is one of the most frightening figures of his time. After Lu kills the father of one of the boys, the pair hides with an elderly man who tells them how he once fought and was beaten mercilessly by Lu. The man trains the boys in White Dragon Fists and Paddle Staff methods of fighting. Once they complete their training, they set off to settle the score. ~ Perry Seibert, All Movie Guide
