Souichiro and his friend Bob have plans to run their high school with an iron fist; they're the toughest guys in school and it should be easy enough -- or so they think. The Juuken Club, run by a couple of loud-mouthed sisters is their first hurdle: one is constantly trying to beat them to a pulp, the other is doing whatever it takes to get Souichiro to marry her. The Juuken Club is nothing, however, compared to the Student Executive Council, which fancies itself the real ruler of the school and sends so-called "executioners" to take care of any rivals.
