Stefan Haves directs the independent comedy drama Stalled. The story involves a Chicago rock band traveling on a tour through the South. Their van breaks down in a small town called Hereabouts, AL, and they end up staying with a stereotypical hillbilly family (Doug Jones, Christine Deaver,Amy Lucas).
