There was once a time when a noble group of people called Sorcerer Hunters worked to banish the evil tyrants and monsters from the land so that people could live freely. Flash forward a few years, and the equivalent of the Sorcerer Hunters comes in the form of Shibas Scotch. He battles the tyrants and monsters but the only catch is that he does it for a price.
