A city is in the grip of a particularly bizarre and bloodthirsty serial killer in this tale of horror and suspense starring Vanessa Sanchez, known to wrestling fans as Tygress from the old WCW franchise. A community is on the edge of panic after reports of a number of grisly murders in which unsuspecting victims found themselves decapitated. After a pair of law enforcement officers become the killer's next victims, Martin Blake (Peter Reh), a former FBI agent turned private investigator, is called in to track down the fiend. Working alongside Blake is Evangelina (Vanessa Sanchez), a woman well versed with the practices of the occult, and together they investigate the dark world of voodoo and the supernatural.
