Seventh Key: Live in Atlanta
Despite minimal output during the '80s and '90s and a very shaky history, the sonorous rock band Seventh Key surprised everyone at the dawn of the new millennium with a pair of globally acclaimed albums: their self-titled 2001 comeback and 2004's The Raging Fire. Although guitarist Mike Slamer had avowed never to do another live concert, the success of the two records compelled him to renegotiate, teaming up with longtime collaborator and fellow musician Billy Greer in a private setting -- the headquarters of Crossover Entertainment Group, Inc., in Atlanta, performing for a closed audience of friends and family. Recognizing this as the only "public" appearance they might ever do, Greer and Slamer had the performance filmed and released as Seventh Key: Live in Atlanta. Numbers performed include "The Sun Will Rise," "An Ocean Away," "It Should Have Been You," "Sin City," "Always From the Heart," "Forsaken," and many others; this issue also includes the bonus music videos for "Love Train," "Always From the Heart," and "An Ocean Away." ~ Nathan Southern, All Movie Guide
