Hosted by fitness expert Scott Cole, this production offers a two-part workout inspired by the ancient Chinese method of t'ai chi. The first segment is traditionally slow, and offers a half hour's worth of "moving meditation" intended to induce a state of increased energy, strength, balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness. The second half is significantly faster, and provides a unique full-body cardiovascular workout complete with kicks, strikes, grabs, and blocks.
