The year is 2009. The town Boston. There, a maverick police detective (professional wrestler turned direct-to-video actor, Rowdy Roddy Piper) must work together with a microbiologist to capture Adrian Dunn (Billy Drago), his former partner. Dunn went bad and ended up imprisoned on the moon. The villain was exposed to a deadly, highly contagious virus that turned him into a murderous mutant who escaped and returned to Earth.
