This anime, based loosely on characters from the game Samurai Spirits, follows six holy warriors who are reborn 100 years after their deaths to seek revenge against the comrade who betrayed them to the hands of the evil god Ambroja. The heroes search the feudal province of Edo looking for Shirou Amakusa, their nemesis who has broken the seal that once held the god at bay.
