This OVA feature finds the characters of the popular Sakura Wars anime franchise at a crossroads. Sumire Kanzaki decides that her time as a fighter for the Imperial Floral Assault Unit is drawing to a close and she will no longer be one of the protectors of the capital city. Oddly, she also chooses to withdraw from her opera career, and so she decides to give one final performance before entering retirement. Everyone around Sumire is shocked and some wonder if she will really go through with it.
