Eleven years before the first episode of The Red Green Show, Red Green (Steve Smith) made his first television debut during a two-minute guest appearance on a 1979 variety show. Red Green: Hindsight Is 20/20 looks back at the 25 years following that appearance, and takes pains to recount Green's knack for wreaking havoc on what are supposed to be the most flawless of plans.
