Akira Kurosawa meets Monty Python in director Yo Kohatsu's satirical tale of a samurai lord's 400 year quest to build the castle of his dreams. Ondaiji will do whatever it takes to build the perfect castle, and with a little help from a kindly professor, mentally stunted town officials, and a mysterious old woman it just might happen within his own lifetime.
