This OVA follow-up to Dominion Tank Police takes place in the same violent New Port City where crime is rampant and the infamous Puma Sisters are causing terror and destruction everywhere they go. She just might be the only one in New Port City tough enough to bring an end to the latest barrage of terrorist bombings and gunfire.
