Man-about-town Ollie (Steven Peacock Jacoby) is getting serious about his girlfriend, Mona (Ruby Campbell), but he's confused about how to go about making a serious commitment. His best friend, nightclub owner Top Cat (Trevor David), is a smooth talker with big plans -- and Cat's got his eye on Ruby. Cat comes on to Ruby on the eve of the opening of his new entertainment room, and it looks like Ruby is falling for his line.
