Loretta LaRoche is an adjunct faculty member of the Behavior Institute of Medicine, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. As well as appearing on various television programs, she presents seminars and lectures to employee groups and others around the country on effective ways to handle stress. LaRoche is especially adept at helping audiences relax while learning more about how they've developed their poor stress management skills and methods for improving them. She encourages viewers to increase the laughter in their lives while learning to view their problems and challenges in a new light.
