Designed for youngsters aged 6 months - 3 years, the 'Knowing and Growing' series of children's educational releases is grounded in two key axioms: the idea that a child's first three years of life represent his or her most critical period (the period in which an individual's responses to stimuli initially form) and the idea that it is extremely helpful, even essential, for a child to attain a link with the natural world and learn - from Mother Nature - how to effect a peaceful and harmonious co-existence with others on the Earth.
