Years after an extra-terrestrial whale is sent to planet Earth to explore just how well he would adapt to the atmosphere, his inter-stellar siblings return to discover that mankind has subjected their brother to a most cruel fate. The ocean water was the idea environment for his strangely familiar alien life-form named Keiko, but human need has since stalled the friendly creature's peaceful mission. When his fellow star-dwellers return to discover that Keiko has become the star attraction at a cheap amusement park and that his health is rapidly declining as a result, they quickly band together to rescue their old friend and make sure that he is transported to an environment more conducive to good health.
