Italian actress Jole Silvani made her film debut in Federico Fellini's Lo Sceicco Bianco/The White Sheik (1951). She would work again with Fellini in 1979, when he cast her as a biker in La Cittą delle Donne/The City of Women. Silvani was born Niobe Quaioti and she started out in vaudeville at age 18.
