Soul Theater Series: He Say...She Say...but What Does GOD Say? takes place in inner-city Detroit, where a small storefront church is located next to a nightclub that's a meeting place for local gangsters. Neither church member Deacon Witherspoon (Tommy Ford) nor mobster Satin Jones (Clifton Powell) is willing to give up their place in the neighborhood, and each leads their followers in an ongoing effort to drive their rivals away.
