Hardihood features interviews with leading professional cyclists as well as top-ranked amateurs; subjects include Jacquie Phelan, a three-time national champion in the 1980s who was also well known as a tireless advocate of the sport, and Missy Giove and Marla Streb, two of the best riders on the circuit.
