Glen Berry
Glen Berry
Glen Berry made his feature film debut at age 17 in Hettie MacDonald's tale of awakening adolescent homosexual love, Beautiful Thing (1996). Before that, he trained at the Anna Scher Theatre in the London borough of Islington in 1993. He appeared in several BBC television movies, including Between the Lines and Blood and Fire. Born in Romford, Essex, he got his start playing a skinhead in a government-sponsored ad for voluntary police. With his super-short blond hair, Berry looked the part up until he played the sensitive, lonely, and picked-on Jamie in Beautiful Thing. Since 1995 he has been a regular on the British soap opera London Bridge. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide
