One of her most popular theories involves awakening the inner self through dance and movement, and The Wave is the introductional instructional video that will teach viewers how to respond to rhythm in order to reach well-being and happiness. Also mentioned are her copywritten "5 Rhythms," which are a tiered process for getting viewers to achieve "ecstasy."
