When Harley Cordell (Stacie Randall) and Frank Lydell (Dan Gauthier) were battling Saddam Hussein's deadly regime in the Gulf War, their strength on the battlefield was focused on a common enemy, but upon returning to their home turf in Los Angeles, Harley and Frank soon set their sights on each other in a brutal battle to the death. Upon returning to the U.S., Frank used his extensive training to develop an assassination squad with the strength of a small army, and the first person on Frank's "to die" list is his old partner Harley.
