This anime series tells the story of a stable boy named Artha Penn and his friend, the dragon, Beau. This fearsome 3000 year old serpent has just returned from a long journey in the name of a sacred quest, and he's chosen this unlikely boy to be his accomplice. With Beau's help, Artha becomes a Dragon Booster: a protector of the world who is destined to unite humans and dragons in order to prevent a war between them and fight against the evils of the universe.
